Quality Control
Quality Control/Technical Support
The Quality Control Department has installed all necessary testing and inspection equipment, including measuring instruments, online inspection devices, and a wide range of tools for evaluating bearing performance. In addition, we have experienced professional inspectors and engineers who adhere to the quality management system guidelines certified under ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002.
Materials/Components
Some quality control tools and measuring instruments are manufactured domestically, while others are imported from the United Kingdom, Japan, and Germany.
Program/Test Details
All raw materials and components undergo rigorous metallurgical testing, and only materials that meet the specified criteria are used.
All components that undergo processing at each stage of production are rigorously inspected and tested.
All components are cleaned after grinding, and the finished products are cleaned and dried multiple times.
Before packaging, 100% inspection and testing are carried out, including acoustic and vibration testing, as well as radial and axial clearance inspections.
